"I recently had the pleasure of working with Authority Plumbing, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the outset, they came to my home with a plan that demonstrated their deep understanding of plumbing challenges. Clayton, the technician assigned to my project, was exceptional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and opinions, making sure that I felt heard and valued. He explained each step, ensuring I was comfortable with the plan before proceeding. When a sub-contractor was brought on to streamline the process started making several errors, Clayton quickly took charge of the situation. They fixed these mistakes, alongside resolving my initial drainage issues, at no additional expense, was truly remarkable. The team demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring the work was completed to the highest standard. Thanks to their efforts, my plumbing issues have been resolved.
