"I called Perdido Heating and Air to schedule an estimate on replacing my air conditioner and was surprised to hear that a free estimate could be given the same day that I called. The receptionist was more that helpful. Our system was working at the time but it was well over due for an overhaul. I thought it was very nice of the receptionist to ask if my system was working, because if it wasnt she was going to try and send someone out right away. I received bids from other companies, but none of the "estimators" were quite as thourough as the man from Perdido Heating and Air. He asked if I had any hot or cold spots in the house and even inspected my air ducts. None of the other companies told me that there were tax credits and rebates available for high efficiency air conditioners. Perdido Heating and Air did and I received $2500 in savings. When it came for the 'big day' the crew arrived on time and were very clean. In fact, Im almost embarrased to say that the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.
