"Everything went ok as far as I could tell, but yesterday a plumber told me the gas line was not large enough and that is why the water heater is not working properly."

"The cost to replace three natural gas wall heater was slightly less than Gree mini-splits heater cooler. The installers were courteous and professional. Delayed several days as the equipment haven’t arrived yet. Job cost as agreed, but took half day longer due to the complexity of installation. Results are excellent. The mini-split units works as specified. Will use Albert Nahman heating plumbing again in the future."

"Leo and his crew were very professional and on time. The replacement of the old galvanized pipes was seamless."

"I didn't watch the technician closely., I didn't want to be in the way. .The technician was determining if the water heater was causing the particle deposits in my water pipes. It was determined the water heater was not the problem."

"Johnny rocks! He repiped my entire 82 year old house in Richmond. He had a crew of 4 plumbers on Saturday and 3 on Sunday. Finished this massive job in 2 days! "Called Trio Heating on a late Friday afternoon and they sent out two technicians (Jose & Dallin) the next morning to fix a gas heater that would not turn on. Their communication from beginning to end was great. They sent me a text 45 minutes before their arrival time and I was able to track their ETA which was extremely helpful. They explained to me what the issue was. I was able to run out and buy a new thermostat for them to install. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and put everything back together. They also typed up everything they worked on and took multiple detailed photos of the unit and emailed 10 minutes after they left. I think what they charged was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. I really appreciated not being charged a higher fee for coming out on a weekend. Will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs!"

"What seemed like a straight forward fix (leaking old galvanized pipes under concrete garage floor) turned into a very challenging job that was further complicated by both duplex units being involved. Nathan and his crew were simply outstanding in every way. Professional, totally reliable, highly knowledgeable and very tidy. I tell it like it is: you will have an excellent experience working with Nathan and his crew."

"Very well, he came out last Friday, they were on time. Armin Rios was very thorough, very confident and very clean and he replaced the pipe. We hadn't asked for him to replace the pipe, but he said this pipe needs to be replaced he was very efficient. He installed a garbage disposal and a faucet."
