"The Water Heater Company, provided us with the most detailed, transparent 9-page estimate we?ve ever seen from a service company. Anthony Hamilton, Ethan Didway and Jimmy were professional yet friendly and courteous. And were an absolute pleasure to work with. It?s clear that The Water Heater Company truly cares about their customers and stands by their work. We wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of water heater services. A huge thank you to The Water Heater Company!"

"The repair guy came within the estimated time and resolved my water heater issue, no charge."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"They changed the heater quickly, removed the old one for the agreed price. The price was the lowest of 4 quotes. Apparently they have a stock ready as they started working immediately after I accepted their quote."

"Fast and great workmanship. Our water heater died and it was an emergency to get it fixed. Within 12 hours the problem was gone.."

"I have been using Burris Brothers Plumbing, and heating for years. They have done everything from unclogged drains to fixing faucets to installing a tankless, hot water heater. They are Professional, highly skilled, reasonable and reliable. I refer them to anyone that asks for a great Plumber. I cannot recommend them enough."

"Victor from L.A. Plumbing Pros came out Jan. 28 to start my water heater. He was here within a half hour of his call. He gave me a ball park price over the phone for doing the job but told me when he got here he did not realize I was within a couple of blocks of the Altadena fire. He said there is no charge. He was very gracious and kind and I am so grateful to him. He got the water heater to work in just a couple of minutes. Thanks again Victor."

"They were very friendly and provided excellent service."

"I thought this company did a good job. They put in the furnace and it seems to work. The problem is they never got a permit for the work. Then they never got the inspection from the city. Both the permit and the inspection were part of the contract. I do not know anything about furnaces or furnace installation. Without the inspection, I do not know if the furnace was installed correctly. Is it sending carbon monoxide into our house? I must have called them 100 times in the last year to get the permit and inspection. they simply refuse. I have sent a complaint to the contractor state license board, I do not recommend this contractor."

"Jake is an absolute find! Professional, ethical, considerate, and technically extremely strong. Jake sourced and installed a new tankless water heater for us in record time. He also suggested and installed an improvement to the water intake system without prompting...a fix that will save us time and money over the life of the heater. Absolutely recommend Jake for all plumbing needs. He is our go-to guy."
