"Quick response to an emergency situation. The water heater was replaced at a reasonable price. David spent a great deal of time making sure the old tank was removed carefully even though it was difficult to drain the water because of the large amount of sediment build up. He worked very methodically and made sure the new heater was installed and working properly. Also did a very good job of cleaning up."

"recently had our water heater replaced and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water heater replacement or plumbing work!"

"The service he gave me was phenomenal. Willing to work with you at all cost. Especially on a day like this, On a ice Strom, he offered to come to my house in the middle of the night to shut off my water heater, he meet me at home depot and told me exactly what I need. He brought the water heater down to my basement, installed and removed the old water heater. Left no residue from the other water heater. I was just Amaze with his help since I'm single parent. Once again Thank you Mr.Crandall"

"Very well. Good suggestions, hints on daily care, time spent checking repairing. Communicated very well. Polite. I did not want to answer question regarding money paid or were services performed. This question is not clear. Of course, service was preformed. Money paid was relative to parts and/or labor. So this items needs to be divided out."

"I would highly recommend Fred Lepley Plumbing for water heater installation for price, quality and service."
