"Follow up on previous review. The owner moved Mountains and got the parts and had a technician come out sunday morning 1/1 and repaired my hot water heater. Thank you Ross and Mark in Customer Service. My faith in Artic Air is restored and I will keep using them. William Karsh"

"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

"Had my aging water heater replaced in addition to some updating to the attachments. Technicians, Jack and Paul, did a great job on the installation. We’ll see how the new water heater runs, but they were knowledgeable and professional in their service."

"I have a 4 family house in Plainfield NJ.  One of the apartments sprung a leak in the ceiling.  We figured out it was the hot water pipe and had to turn off the hot water to all four apartments Thursday night.  I called Rob Friday morning and he was at the house in an hour!  He quickly checked out the situation and realized what needed to be done to repair the problem.  We discussed the problem and he quoted a reasonable price.  Rob performed the needed repairs on the spot within 2 hours.  I was very happy with the professionalism Rob displayed and would absolutely recommend his company to a friend.

"Extremely professional, and friendly at the same time. Took the time to explain everything that was happening very clearly and patiently. They were also happy to defer replacing the heating coil until the weather got cooler, and didn't hesitate to defer a significant cost of the job until that work was completed. I would definitely call them back for any future hvac needs."

"Great! Mark upgraded my tankless heater and an electrician he works with upgraded my electricity. I now have steamy hot water for showers!"

"Awesome service! I was in a bind, my heat went out on a cold morning and these guys got right on it. Thorough, clean and flawless communication. Will recommend 100times. Thanks again!"
