"The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO USE HIM AGAIN, IF HIS PRICES WERE LOWER, HOWEVER I MUST SAY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET OTHER BIDS. SO I GUESSING THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL. "Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
