"MIKE WALKER WAS AWESOME. THIS WAS A REPLACEMENT SERVICE DONE RIGHT. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WAS NOT PUSHY. HE LETUS TALK OVER DIFFRENT PLANS. WHEN HE STARTED WORK HE WAS EFFICIENT. HE WORE COVERINGS FOR HIS FEET, FOR LESS DIRT TRAFFIC. HE FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE DID NOT SMOKE OR PLAY LOUD MUSIC. WE WERE ABSOLUTELY PLEASED, HE REALLY KNEW HIS JOB, AND DID IT WELL. THANK YOU FOR SENDING SOMEONE WHO WAS THOROUGH AND ABLE TO EXPLAIN THINGS AS WE WENT. HE LEFT THE LAUNDRY ROOM CLEAN AND THE PRO QUALITY GAS HEATER WAS A PERFECT SIZE. THANK YOU. "It went really well. The company called me to let me know when service man was on his way. He arrived on time. Did a quick inspection and even though my hot water heater is 13 years old he said it’s in good working condition and advised of the pros/cons of having it flushed now. I may be able to get more good years out of it! I think other businesses would have just tried to get me to replace it to get the extra $. Thanks!"

"The contractor was a true pro.,he new his product ,he new how important to size the heater needed to do the job correctly and he priced the install accordingly.He was prompt always on time,removed the old water heater and made necessary changes to my home to accommodate the new tankless heater.He installed a new unit that has a great reliability history and long term warranty at a fair cost.Not heard of in todayâ s business world and the man that owns the business is the person who actually does the work! I feel like I did hire a true PRO for my job and I would recommend him to anyone that would need his service in the future!"
