"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"I highly recommend Mark for any of your plumbing needs. He was communicative, polite, kind, and informative. We spoke on Friday and he was at my house Saturday morning…no added fees for weekend work…in fact he was more than reasonable. He spoke to me professionally and gave me some helpful tips for keeping my garbage disposal running smoothly in the future. Added bonus, he was great with my dog who tends to be very “talkative” with unknown visitors. Can’t recommend Mark enough! I am glad to have a trusted plumber to contact should the need arise again.
