"We called the AAP-Home Services after they were a company listed in Angie's List. They responded to our location within a couple hours. Our Tech was Saul. He conducted a diagnostic and determined the Gas Control had failed. On his own, Saul called the water heater company and determined the part had to be ordered from the Water Heater company (Rheem), but also found the part was under warranty. The company shipped the part the location where the WH was located. Saul advised as soon as we received it, he would return to the house and complete the repair. It arrived mid morning two days later. I contacted Saul, and true to his promise, he returned to the house and completed the repair. It took him several hours in the hot sun. His service was exemplary. We were extremely happy with the service and the can-do attitude by Saul. We will definitely use AAP - Home Services again."

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

"I had noticed the soil on a lower level of the garden wet just over a week before I had it fixed. I could tell that it was from a pipe coming into the property from the water main and hate wasting water.  <br /> I checked through Angie's List and Top Contender seemed to be the only company that had the qualifications for finding leaks on hillside properties. I called then on the Friday and the earliest they could fit me in was the following Wednesday. I was a little concerned as the leak was near a retaining wall near the sidewalk but as it wasn't getting worse I waited.  <br /> Noél called to say he would be 30 mins late and he diagnosed where the pipe was in 15mins, uncovered it and saw that it had been soldered in numerous places already. He turned the water main off and I turned on all the cold water faucets. He vacuumed the water out, but it still took over an hour and a half for the water to completely drain from the pipes. Noél would not solder until there was no more water dripping. <br /> The water he had vacuumed we emptied into a 40g drum I use for recycling and watering the garden.  <br /> After hearing horror stories about the cost of repairing underground leaks I was extremely pleased with his price which included a senior citizens discount. I would DEFINITELY use Noél again for this type of job. Very professional and honest.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The service was very good. They were exceptional. He went over and above with the work. They cleaned everything up well and were polite. When I had one of the pipes break in my garage he came right back out to repair that at no charge. I feel like I got my money's worth for the service from them."
