"They were the first ones to respond to my quote that I needed to get the job done and they sent someone out to get the job done the same day."

"Great guys did an awesome job discovered when the floors were redone toilets were not hooked back up"

"This is by far the BEST plumber I have used since living in Tampa for 30 years! They are professional, dependable and know what they are doing. The quote for the job was amazing and they didn't stop until they got the job done perfectly. I will use this plumber from now on without a doubt!"

"Great communication, terrific price from initial contact with no games or add ons, serviced when and fully as promised, great followup even sent photo upon completion. Highly recommend!!"

"Shane got the job done and gave a complementary inspection."

"A Very professional company, I liked them from the first day we met. They kept me informed and sent me a complete estimate on everything that was needed to be done. They arrived on time went straight to work putting up fans taking down old ones doing electrical outlets, added a light fixture in kitchen, plus installed a railing for my mother to walk out the garage door safely. Any problems they handled and even came back the next day to finish. . They didn’t even want to take a lunch break but I insisted on making them something. I highly recommend them and we will continue to use them for all projects in the future."

"Let me start by saying that John and Richard have been phenomenal! Weâ ve now used On Tap for three different jobs. One was installing a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Another was install a new bathroom sink and faucet. The latest was a bathtub that was draining super slow. It was flogged beyond anything and part of the pipe had actually cracked. So that was a partial pipe replacement and a full on drain replacement. Every time Iâ ve had John or Richard come out, theyâ ve always been on time (or given me a call to let me know theyâ re delayed). Theyâ ve always been very professional and courteous. Iâ ve never had to remind them to clean anything up, theyâ ve already cleaned up and put things back where they were. One of Johns mottos that he shared with me was â work the job as if you were working on your own mothers houseâ and theyâ ve definitely lived up to that. Iâ ve never been disappointed and have recommended them to neighbors and friends. Prices are great and they wonâ t make you do things that you donâ t actually need like some other companies will try doing. I trust them to do the work and get it right the first time. They definitely take pride in their work, which can definitely be hard to come by these days. Highly recommended using On Tap plumbing if you ever have a need."

"Very professional company. Could not believe they were able to get someone to help for a non-emergency in just one day. Charles arrived and assessed the situation and worked with us to decide priorities. I'm sure this was a small job in the overall scheme of things, but everything was done professionally and quickly, and Charles cleaned up afterwards. Good company!"
