"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

"The person who took my reservation didn't ask what kind of tabs I wanted. I was kind of surprised when they arrived with the ones that are cut to fit and I didn't like the way they smelled. The smell went away after a day or two. I do not have a price comparison. They were the only company who would come out to look at my previous swamp cooler to see if they could fix it. They were able to fix it so I got 3 or 4 more years out of that one. I got my new swamp cooler from them. I figured I would continue to use them until I get a really bad experience."
