He repaired our toilet but said that in the long-term - maybe a year or two - we'd have to replace it and gave me all the details of options. A few weeks before Christmas, the last thing I want to be doing is shelling out just short of a grand. And he said it wasn't needed. I have subsequently had 2 calls from them asking me to call if I want to discuss the replacement. I don't want to discuss it; the first call was fair enough, the second was nagging."
