"Highly Recommend! I recently received a call from my father who lives in Burrillville RI with a severe plumbing leak. Living in NY, I panicked until I spoke with Bill over the phone (after calling two other companies and left messages. Bill answered). He asked great questions, and was able to instruct us over the phone where to shut the water off to the house until he could arrive. He shuffled his schedule to get to my father's house that day!
