"It went well.  They responded quickly, and the repair was done.  The tech was friendly, honest, and professional.  He did his best to bleed the system after repairing it, but unfortunately with it sitting idle, ice had formed in other parts of the piping which would have cost too much to attempt to melt, so he didn't charge us for the bleed attempt.  The cost of the repair was a little high, but not extraordinary, so I am happy with the service I received and would use DiPietro again if the need arrises.

"Gil was very professional and he took a lot of pride in his work. He did not take any corner when faced with problems and he made sure everything was done correctly and to code. Gil gave a reasonable quote after inspecting our old system to replace with a new heat pump. Installation were delayed due to personal issues but when we really needed heating once the temperature were dropping, he made it his priority to finish it. During installation there were issues with the old duct work which made the work more difficult. He didn't upcharge us at all to fix it. We very much appreciated in working with him and would gladly repeat doing business."
