"I am one that usually does not write reviews,here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

"My gas line underneath my not that old concrete and brick back yard was leaking. Called 6 people to give me quote. Most of them wanted to dig up the concrete and put a gas pipe which would have destroyed my back yard and swimming pool decor. James is the only one that came with using a machine to go underneath the cement. He and his on contractor did have to break concrete but not in visible area. He took straight shot from the main line into the middle of my firepit.... i am an engineer but that was some craftsmenship. He showed up on time and finished on time. He is good at so many other things that he offered me so many good advice on how to put my firepit back again and also how to restart my pool heating. He also redid my firepit and he said it may take an hour but when i showed up he said it only took 35 minute so will charge you for the 35 minute. You can't get professionals like that. BTW the area was cleaned every day he worked. He wasn't the lowest priced but certainly was within 15% of the lowest bidder but the lowest bidder would have left my backyard in a mess and i would have to pay someone else to redo the concrete for 1ft by 80ft trench that would have certainly been more. I don't write reviews but this one is well deserved."

"I spoke with the owner set an appointment with Sam. He was ontime and courteous. We had them do the work on our kitchen pipes (santee). So happy with their work! We will use them again. I highly recommend this company!!"

"I needed my gas water heater to be replaced. Called around to several places from Angie list. Read the reviews about Tony and the company. Made the call spoke to Tony had schedule for Friday 9/15/23. I called back after our conversation and ask if he could stop on Thursday and he said yes he would send out his Field Supervisor Richie. Richie arrived early and was very cordial and answered all of my question. Keeping in mind I thinking that he is just going to assess what would be needed for Friday 9/15/23. Tony arrived and said what was needed. And then Richie went to work. The replacement gas water heater was replace with another Bradford White water heater. We considered the cost to change to an electric water heater (running a 220v line), replacement with a tank gas water heater and also a tankless gas replacement."

"I needed two drains cleared so I went ahead and bought an Angie's List promo coupon for $99 for $200 of service and had them snake a couple drains for me and check out some other issues I was having.  The technician who came out was Joe.  He was very knowledgeable and experienced and totally fixed my problem quickly.  If I'd known the quality of service I'd get I would have called them first before attempting to snake the first drain myself (unsuccessfully, obviously). He was also very punctual which is HUGE for me because I have to drive 30 minutes to the building to meet any contractors and I don't live there so waiting around for hours is a major problem.  I'm always apprehensive about hiring contractors I haven't previously hired but these guys were fantastic.  I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues."
