Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Sevierville, TN

"The repair went great. Greg Pullins set up the service for me. Brennan was the service repairman who came. I asked him to replace my smoke detectors with new ones (which I had purchased ahead of time), which he did, and he was able to take care of the bathroom exhaust fan by cleaning it out way up in places I hadn't been able to get to myself, saving me the cost of buying a new one. No more chirping is coming from my smoke detectors, and my bathroom fan is working and sounding like it should."

"Robert answered my call at almost 6 pm Tuesday, and showed up at 8 am Wednesday, having already called the TN call before you dig crews. Despite numerous difficulties due to multiple utilities terminating in close proximity, rock hard ground having to be hand-dug, and the phone line markings being significantly off , the line was replaced and our water restored that same afternoon, Through it all, Robert kept me informed, and was courteous and professional."

"Water heater maintenance, toilet mechanisms replaced, faucet adjustments, outdoor faucets replaced...all done precisely, professionally...will use from now on..."

"Jonathan responded very quickly to my request. I had scheduled a quote for Saturday morning but he was able to come Friday evening to evaluate the problem, and even to replace the leaking water heater. He explained my options very thoroughly, answered all questions clearly, and did the work and cleanup better than I would have expected. I was very impressed with him and would definitely contact him again."

"They installed 2 new water heaters with a circulation system to provide virtually instant and endless hot water. We went this route because our house is all electric and electric tankless water heaters arenâ t really up to the task. They also had to subcontract electrical work to supply the necessary power upgrade. We expected this to be a 1 day job, but the electrician didnâ t have everything required so it dragged out to a second dayâ ¦ meaning another day out of work so we could be there to give them access to the property. Then later when we tried to use hot water for a bath, there was only about 2 minutes of hot. Turns out the circulation system was installed backwards, so the circulating water was hot, but once the pipes were depleted, cold water was fed to the spigots. Disappointing, but to their credit, someone came out Saturday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Overall, mildly annoying and a bit careless, but everyone was friendly and responsive, and the end result appears to be just what we wanted."

"Gavin, arrived on time and did a great job. Would use his company again"

"They will be on my list to contact if i need a plumber in the future. This job was time sensitive and we just could not line up a time for an estimate for the job."

"excellent service for the task"

"Got the job we were needing done and helped with some other plumbing issues we needed done as well."

"Installer was very professional, he did a very good job. Would highly recommend Ivey Plumbing."
