"Excellent service. Tech on-site was very polite and courteous."

"Had a leak in my master bathroom, behind the outer shell of my tub. Apex Elite quickly scheduled time to come assess the situation, and they were quick on the repair. High-quality work, great customer service, at a reasonable price. What else can you ask for?"

"We had Clearlake water authority to come out and look at a leak at the meter. Unfortunately, it was on our side so we had to have a plumber to come out and address the leak. Derrick arrived during the time window provided. He was thorough and extremely fair in pricing. It is really refreshing when someone isn’t looking to get over on you. Lastly, his customer service and his whole demeanor was exceptional. Awesome experience with this company. I have their information saved and will use them as my go to for plumbing needs!!"

"Purchase a fixer upper and the water heater was old and damaged. Due to skin medical condition, I opted to upgrade with water softener. Joe helped me with the process. The price was what I expected. The customer service and information was amazing. Thank you Joe. From the Terri's"

Got the water heater back up to speed and saved me a lot of money compared to a total replacement. They warranty their work for a year."
