He explained how the newer frost-free hose bibs and connection to my internal plumbing functioned and how the seal on the exterior wall around the new bibs would prevent drafts and leaks. I also learned to remove any hoses connected to the faucets before freezing weather hit to keep the faucets in tip top shape.
