"Very knowledgeable and friendly service."

"Great 👍 job well done the service men were very polite"

"Impressed is an understatement! I called Apex when my mom's water heater went out and the company her home warranty sent couldn't repair the shut off valve. They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything. We were so impressed we had them install the new hot water tank instead of using the home warranty company. Charles was able to do everything the same day and worked around the water mitigation company. He was so professional and did a great job. We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs!"

"The team arrived on time and was expert, professional, and personable. The water heater works as expected. They completed the work quickly and left the work site as clean as they found it. They were careful not to damage walls or door frames when removing and bringing in the water heaters. Recommended."

"They were able to get out here promptly, communicated well in advance, answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the repair."
