"Alan McCain, the working owner, operates in a straight-forward, no BS way which I really appreciated. He told me what work he would do and exactly what would be replaced if he got the job. The price was fair with no apparently added fees or fluff that simply increase his profit. On install day he and his crew of 2 - the "other" Alan and Scott - were on time and completed the work in a timely, competent, and professional manner. The outside AC unit has a slight lean towards the house rather than being 100% level, but everything works as it should so far. On a major purchase like this, time will tell. But I would definitely recommend Alan and Alaska Breeze. I plan on using him for future cleanings and repairs when needed."

"Jami didn't have an easy go of it with the water heater installation. The room has the furnace and water heater in it and it doesn't allow for one to be taken out without taking the other apart, to a degree. He and another guy handled it without any damage to the flooring, walls or ceiling. Yes, they had to raise the water heater that high to install it. After he left, I realized the faucet in the master bathroom wasn't working, so he returned right away. It was determined I needed a new faucet, so I went out and bought a new one and he returned at a later date and installed it, no charge. Jami is an honest guy and will do what it takes to get the job done right! I highly recommend him!!!!!"
