"Technicians Trevor and Jeremy were very kind and friendly. Same day service!! I would highly recommend Towers Plumbing! :)"

"Very friendly yet very professional. Customer service is great. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for plumbing or electrical. No pressure sales tactics!"

"Incredible. In the dead of winter with canyons howling, my main furnace went out. I had already received 2 bids from 2 other companies and a friend mentioned that his in-laws just replaced their HVAC and were very happy. Reluctantly I called them. I was brought up believing to pay full retail plus 10%, so getting 3 bids was way outside my wheelhouse. Trupros came in $2000 less for 2 furnace and my ac unit plus did all the paperwork for rebates from the power and gas company. Needless to say, I’m very happy. I used to have to sleep with earplugs, now I don’t hear anything."

"Lone Eagle Plumbing & HVAC was A+ and then some! I particularly, must call out Justin Burgener for an amazing job that he performed for us. Justin’s knowledge, knowhow, work ethic and best of all, his integrity led to a very happy outcome on our part. Justin was following on the heels of an unscrupulous company that said we needed to replace our entire AC condenser and coil unit. It just didn’t feel right to us, and we sought out a second opinion, although, willing to replace the unit. Justin came out to our home within half an hour of my inquiry and diagnosed the problem completely. He FIXED the unit and saved us $1000’s of dollars. It would have been so easy for him to go along with the flawed (fraud) diagnosis and have replace the unit himself. We are so impressed by his knowledge, knowhow, and integrity that we plan to use him again for all our needs. Justin is a gold mine."

"I was very happy with the job that was done. Devan arrived on time, was efficient, and reviewed with me the work he had done. I did have a few questions about the installation of my new water heater and he took the time to answer them and made sure that I was 100% satisfied. He even vacuumed his work area. That was a bonus!"

"Fantastic water softening solutions and world class customer service. Very noticable difference in my water quality after installation. Worth every penny."

"Dan from Expert Plumbing called me about 10:15 AM on the day of the new shower installation to get some additional information on what I needed done, and then again when he was about 10 minutes out. When he arrived, just shortly after 11 AM, he went over Expert's pricing (i.e., cost of the service call, hourly rate and minimum, etc.) and after looking very briefly at the plumbing, had me sign an invoice assuming two hours of labor (the worst case scenario in his mind). However, he explained that if he completed the work in an hour or less he would write up another invoice for one hour minimum labor charge. Dan then looked at the now exposed plumbing behind the bathtub. He saw no evidence of any leakage along the bathtub piping or on the floor during a careful inspection. However, he was unable to pressure test the piping and soldered connections because the water had been turned off and the shower-install contractor had already cut the copper piping to the now-demolished shower. He then focused on the corroded (due to hard water) nipple. It took some effort but with the correct internal pipe wrench he was able to remove it. I had purchased four nipples of differing lengths in anticipation of replacing the corroded nipple. Dan installed one of the new nipples so that a new tub spout with a threaded connection can be installed. Overall, the labor he performed took around 45 minutes, with most of that time expended on removal and replacement of the recalcitrant corroded nipple. In summary, Dan was courteous, personable, and professional. Before leaving he modified the invoice to one hour of labor, as he had discussed upon arrival. I would use Expert Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electrical again if needed."
