I appreciate the fact that he took the time to correctly diagnose the issue and ruled out some "big ticket" items first before narrowing the problem down to a faulty toilet valve. Even though it was getting late in the day he got the parts he needed and quickly replaced the faulty valve. He left the bathroom looking like he'd never been there and my strange noise is now gone. Steve is very professional and good to work with, and the cost for the service was certainly reasonable. I will definitely call Winters Plumbing again when I need plumbing work done. "<p>This is a small operation that is personable and responsive.  Jeff took my call and came out the next day to give an estimate at no charge.  I had a water leak and he gave a lot of time and thought as to where it might be coming from.  Although he needed to tear out the wall first to be sure, he told me how to stop the flow and gave me options for reducing damage until I could contact my insurance company.  Then he came out the next business day and repaired the leak within a short amount of time.  After that, I was able to start the restoration process.</p> <p>I wouldn?t have called Pipe Dream Plumbing if it hadn?t been for Angie?s List because I'd never heard of them, but I?m glad I did.  So many times the big companies charge you a service fee just to come out, as well as exorbitant fees for the labor, supplies and travel.  Not Jeff.  He estimated his time and costs up front (worst case) and then charged less on the final price since the repair was easier than expected.  While he was here, he also fixed another minor problem.  I would not hesitate to use him again.  In fact, I will be calling him for a hot water heater replacement very soon.</p> <br />"

"I called to schedule the appointment and was the told the technician would call me back.  He called the same day and we agreed on the date and time for him to come down.  He was right on time.  He spread a tarp out on the hearth of the fireplace and the carpet around it to keep it clean  which I really appreciated.  He adjusted the valve and cleaned around the pilot light to fix the problem.  He spent some time also educating me on the proper procedure to lighting the fireplace and maintaining the area around the valve.  He completed the job without getting any soot or dirt at all on the hearth of the carpet. <br />"
