Once we agreed on the Trane system and capacity based on his rationale (and cost of course), I asked if The Dave's (father & son team) could perform the installation given they installed the Trane HVAC system at our other property. We can't be more satisfied with the installation done in less than a day and especially given the challenge of working in the basement and routing the high-efficiency flue venting to an outside wall. We also received a little on-the-job training to operate the thermostat. Not rocket science, but thermostats do tend to be more sophisticated these days. In addition, Logan took care of all the paperwork associated with DP&L and Vectren rebates programs; we already received the checks. This awesome team got it all done the next morning after I called, in about 2 hours, and cleaned up after themselves.
