"The work performed by Shelby Mechanical was more than just a routine water heater installation/replacement. Additional work included the installation of a hot water recirculation system to ensure that hot water is immediately available at the farthest faucet from the water heater and subsequently all faucets/spigots along the same line. The Shelby Mechanical Technician also completed the connection of a gas line from the back of the house (previously installed) to a firepit on the patio. The work completed by the Tech was exceptional though the hot water recirculation system did throw him for a loop at first since it was his first install of this type system which I am informed is rare in Michigan. He did figure it out and all the systems he worked on perform wonderfully. The only concern I have is that I did not receive objective evidence of the water heaterâ s warranty."
