"Wonderful experience! I called Duane Friday late afternoon when my Water heater wouldn't start. He gave me some pointers over the phone on things to try. The other vendors I called wouldn't even want to try to repair the Water Heater. When nothing worked, I called Prime back for them to come replace the water heater. Duane gave me an approximate cost of $900.00 for replacement, $200 BELOW the others I called. I also used the Angie's List coupon for an additional $25 off. Neal called back - we scheduled it for Monday morning first thing. Monday Morning @ 8, I got a call from Neal saying they were coming over between 8:30 & 9. Just after 9AM, Tony showed up Neal came over a little later to assist Tony for a while. Both Tony and Neal were superb in their politeness and professionalism. The work got done in about 3 hours, due to a run out to Home Depot for a couple parts. The Water Heater works GREAT. I would hire them in an instant for any needs. Awesome service!!!"

"The moment they are contacted and throughout servicing they communicated all expectations, steps, observations, and expertise in a clearly digestible and understanding manner. Each step was willingly shown, captured via pic as to what they were seeing before even touching anything, clearly outlined what they would need to do and what the result would be checking for understanding and agreement before proceeding. Gave options and choice where they could, and taking the time to re-evaluate and assess keeping them and us in mind on cost effectiveness as well as quality maintaining being upfront about everything. Respected us, our time, and space. Felt valued and heard as well as created ease in the whole process. Loren and Scott were great!"

"The guys from Aplus Services really helped us out. We liked them so much that we hired them to do our annual furnace maintenance too. My husband and I had another contractor out earlier in the week to get our furnace running again, but after two hours he didn't know what was wrong with it and suggested that we should replace it. Aplus came out and after looking and testing it they found out that a fan was bad. They replaced the fan and our heater is doing just fine now. I would highly recommend this company. They called us back within two minutes to schedule an interview. Great customer service!"

"We originally hired Walter to upgrade the electrical panel and some outlets and install a dishwasher and toilet in August, he did an amazing job so when we got hot by the flood on Halloween we knew who we wanted to do the repairs! We hired him to replace the electric panel (again) as well as the furnace and water heater, as well as repair some other damage to the plumbing, he has gone above and beyond, he does wonderful work for a fair and honest price and I cannot recommend him enough."

"BMR had a technician out to my house within a couple of hours of my phone call after another emergency. The tech figured out my clog problem quickly and opened up the drain within about 30 min. He cleaned up the small amount of splashed water afterwards. I was completely happy with the service."

"My Town Handyman LLC remodeled my laundry room.  I called for an estimate, and he was able to come by that same evening. The work involved was removing the laminate flooring, installing ceramic tile (beautiful), removing wall paper and priming and painting (flawless), installing new lighting, a laundry room sink, counter, and cabinet, custom building cabinets, a seating bench, shelves, and installing bead board and crown moulding.  I wanted to repurpose some pantry cabinets from an old kitchen remodel.  He built a base to raise the old cabinets to ceiling height, and painted them a neutral color (they were a dark wood). He custom built a bench and shelves. I showed him photos I found online and he worked with me to create a design I love!

This was the first remodeling job I coordinated "by myself" (my husband usually supervises any work done on our house). I never felt rushed or put off if I had a question or concern.  Each morning Sergiy explained what work he would be doing that day.  At the end of the day we would go over what he did.  He welcomed any questions, and was truly concerned that I was happy with the work every step of the way.  I paid for the materials, and Sergiy gave me the receipts each day, explaining them in detail.  At the end of the job, he returned the unused materials and sent me a check!  Sergiy was a pleasure to work with ? he was honest, punctual, and thorough.  His assistants, Alex and Nick, were meticulous craftsmen.  The work area was taped off, debris removed and room swept clean each day.  There were no surprises.  The job was done on budget, and ahead of schedule.  They were very punctual, arriving about 8:30 AM each day, and worked every day (except Sunday) until the job was completed.  Sergiy was on site 90% of the time, but if he had to leave (usually to purchase materials) he was always available by phone or text.  I highly recommend My Town Handyman and Intend to use him again in the future."

"Great job with Water Heater."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
