We were very pleased that Tony, the water heater installer, was scheduled to come the next day! Tony was punctual, thorough and answered all the questions I had. He explained everything that was done and made suggestions for other improvements we might want to have done. Everyone was very professional and very honest from beginning to end. They also use the very best water heaters with great warranties. Much higher quality than you can get at Home Depot or Lowes. We are very excited to recommend Tony and The Water Heater Company!"
