They stayed in touch with city inspectors and coordinated visits. In fact, the inspector signed off on the permit after installation without requiring a second inspection with the appliance hooked up and running, because, he said, I've seen these guys' work before and they are top notch. "One of the men came, wore the blue booties so as not to track outside dirt, and opened the furnace, vacuumed the interior out, checked the filter, oiled any parts that needed it, and checked the furnace by turning it on to make sure everything was in good working order. He then made sure the entire area was cleaned up and took everything with him. I have used Mr. Nash's services since 1993 and have always been pleased with them. They are very professional, come when scheduled, never leave a mess, and make sure the furnace is in good working order. I will be calling in the next week or 2 to book this year's cleaning and servicing.

"They did a very good job, and they were careful not to damage siding or surrounding landscaping.   Cleaned up the work area each day, and upon completion left the area looking better than before the work started.   The best part -- no more leaking water in our basement.   I waited to write this review until we had been through a couple period of heavy rain.   Thanks Q!
