Fellowship Plumbing answered the call and set aside/rearranged some service calls to come on the 26th. He came within the scheduled time, descaled the unit. after further inspection, it was determined that some filters within the unit were clogged w/ silt. "My daughter didn't have any hot water in the home that she purchased. Her only source of hot water was through a coil attached to the boiler. This house is very old and no one had ever thought to change out an obsolete system with a hot water heater. Anyway, the coil wasn't heating the water. it did at first, but the warm water only lasted a few minutes. We contacted a lot of plumbers and JMB Plumbing was the only one to call us right away. Jim came out and informed my daughter that the coil system is a terrible system and she should replace it with a hot water heater. So, that's what she did. The price was really good, the service very professional, and it was definitely the correct decision. I would hire Jim again in a minute. He is very friendly, courteous, and won't rip you off.
