"I called Scott's plumbing on a tuesday night, told him what was happening and he bought the water heater the next day (wednesday) and he was at my house at 7:20a.m. on thursday and was done at 8:15 in time for me to get to work on time. I did explain to him I had to be in work by 9:30am and he accomodated me. He did excellent work in timely manor and left no mess.
