"I received a call back promptly. Tom couldn t have been more helpful to me from walking me through shutting the water and the electricity to my water heater off. He gave me a fair deal on a new water heater made me the first appointment of the day because of having my son in the house and came promptly on time and finished the job very quickly. "I was thoroughly pleased with the installation of my new kitchen faucet. What I liked is that they went above and beyond. There were other things in the house that needed attention and Kyle changed did a "wellness" check around the house, the bathrooms and found that the faucet to the outside of the house needed updating. I wills say that their price was a little high but for my peace of mind, it was worth it. Within 5 days of my work being done, I recommended them to a co-worker who needed a hot water heater repaired and they are satisfied with that work too. Yes, I will call on InstaPlumbing again."
