"KBK Landscape was awesome! I met with Cary, KBK's in-house designer in January 2020 to review the project. Cary did a great job listening to our needs and helping us with ideas. Within a few days, Cary had developed some concepts and estimates. This was in contrast to some other well rated Angies List companies which I met with (a total of five companies in January 2020). Several did "back of the envelope" sketches and / or took several weeks to come back with proposals and estimates. In addition, Cary did an excellent job capturing our vision while staying within our budget. In the ensuing months, before and after selecting KBK for our project, Cary was totally engaged and was very responsive and timely to our inquiries. He came out several times to ensure that all measurements were correct and to discuss any changes to our plan, each time providing an updated estimate. After we had locked in KBK, my wife and I met with Jose, the owner, and Cary to review the overall scope of the project and to select plantings. Jose's extensive knowledge of different plants was very helpful to ensure we had the right ones for our space. Because of COVID-19 and the state's mandated shutdown, our project was finally able to break ground in mid-June. KBK's crew was exceptional. The crew of 3 were personable, polite and friendly and worked tirelessly for two weeks. They were on site every day and never got side tracked by another job. The crew did an excellent cleaning up and leaving things in a tidy manner before leaving for the day. Jose was present on most days, working alongside this guys and ensuring the work was executed to plan. Cary also came by on occasion to ensure our satisfaction with the designs execution. Overall, my wife and I are completely satisfied with both the hardscape and landscape work. Every step of the work was done with care and never was rushed nor were corners cut. Our backyard has been transformed from an over grown wasteland into a functional and very inviting space which we plan to enjoy for many years (see before and after pictures). "One of the owners, John, met with me initially to give me a quote and managed the job through finish. He did a few different designs addressing my notes throughout. Injured them to put in a brick patio and walkway and do all lanscaping in my backyard. His crew was excellent, professional and worked fast. I was amazed! "Need kitchen countertops to complete our kitchen remodel. Went to their shop early on a Sat. morning and was given direction to proceed with the project. They are a professional, busy shop that you can readily observe, Located on Grand River, just east of Wixom Rd. They do have granite slabs available for purchase, but we wanted a particular color. We ultimately found the granite at Tand M Granite in Farmington Hills. The owner of Granite Creations, Steve Stanley, arranged to have the granite transferred to his shop. Process only took 1-2 days! We arranged to have our kitchen measured by Granite Creations. The installation took place about 2 weeks later. The are a high-quality operation that can be trusted! I would use them again."

"Exceptionally well! From the original contact with Aaron Meier's estimate to the completion of the project, all company representatives were professional and accommodating to my specific requests. Despite the quote provided in mid-June, during a very busy season, the work finalized on the 25th. I appreciate Aaron's honoring my request for prompt service due to an entertaining commitment I had. Patio furniture was removed from site as well as returned both time. It's a shame that there is no room for an "A+" grade. This company warrants it. I couldn't have asked for more! Many thanks!"
