"I called the company on a Wednesday for a quote. They said they would come 2 days later (Friday), which they did . The plumber they sent was Ken. Very knowledgeable, honest, & courteous. He accessed the job, gave a quote that I agreed to, very fair pricing. He stayed and installed all my new shower hardware & 2 new faucets I had purchased prior to his arrival. Needless to say I was quite impressed w/ how fast the job was estimated & completed w/ in 48 hours of the initial call. I highly recommend this company & would definitely do business w/ them again!!! Thank You Chris & special Thank You to Ken!!!!"

"I had a 40 gallon water heater burst and reached out to multiple plumbing companies. John was the first to contact me and understood the urgency of the situation. He was extremely professional, explained the "who, what, why" of everything that could, should, and would be done and provided all possible options for replacement with 4 different quotes. I hired him and he singlehandedly replaced and upgraded my water heater with zero issues. Keep in mind this all took place in a 24 hour window. I WILL be using J&K again for ALL of my plumbing needs. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH."

"J&O Plumbing is professional and they provide quality work. Not only did install a tankless hot water heater for us, they also got rid of some older plumbing that needed replacing, installed our new garbage disposal, connected our new sink & dishwasher as well overhauled our bathroom plumbing and installed new fixtures! They were on time, courteous and the quality of work was excellent and they are very fair with pricing."

"Both Scott and the plumber who worked on the project were prompt and conscientious. The price was very fair and I felt well cared for. I have since hired them for a water heater replacement, which they did the next morning as promised. Very good service."

"I needed a sump pump installed in my basement and I had no idea how to go about it. Stephen answered all of my questions (and they were numerous) and kept me informed every step of the way. I had other questions too about little things - a faucet in the kitchen, hot water heater functionality etc. and Stephen patiently and expertly answered every question I had. He beat out three other companies for sump pump install price and was neat, punctual, pleasant, and very fair. He gave me a full breakdown of the price and was completely transparent. Definitely hire again!"

"I called All Phase Heating & Cooling to install three A/C condensers at my home. They arrived the next to take a look at the work I needed done and gave me a very reasonably priced quote. They came out to do the work promptly and professionally. I will definitely be calling them again for any future HVAC or plumbing services I made need. I highly recommend this company"

"Jeff Lowe came in and found the problem is 5 minutes. He had the necessary parts on his truck which saved both of us time and money. Jeff saw the problem once the cover plate was removed. He showed the cause of the water leak which was obvious to even me but was not noticed by two other technicians. This could have lead to a longer stay on the job and maybe an unnecessary repair. The bottom line is that Jeff Lowe of Copperline was an excellant choice and I want to thank Service Magic for their part in this problem being resolved. Thanks to you all. Beats cold calling and using the yellow pages."
