"This review should probably be three separate reviews, but I think it shows my trust in Vernon using him multiple times. He came out to give me a quote on a new gas water heater and relocating it about 8 feet over in the basement. The price was reasonable and he provided me the water heater information so I could see it's reviews beforehand. While installing my water heater, my tenant called and said the AC was not working. So, after completing the install and his other stops that day, Vernon went over later that day to take a look. The repair required a new part, so a few days later he repaired the AC and I had him replace a leaking pressure valve while he was there. About a month later, a house I renovated needed some repair work on a leaky drain before settlement (he was not the initial installer). Vernon went into that crawlspace and repaired the pipe and provided the appropriate documentation so we could get to settlement in time. I had Hamilton Plumbing and HVAC do work at my home, my rental, and then my house flip. I plan to have Vernon come back to run a gas line when I install a gas fireplace and again when I do my basement bathroom."

"Made initial appointment 5 days in advance. On the appointment day, I phoned early afternoon to hear that my repairs had not been scheduled. Plumbers then arrived within the next hour, or so. Fixed leaking valve leading to the main line, and "snaked" bathroom sink. Took photos of tub/shower valves to order a replacement unit and gave an initial price estimate $240). After 10 days, never received a return phone call. Called office to receive a return phone calls explaining that part had not been ordered, and that there was an estimate of $625 to install a new valve unit."

Even though our home was quite a ways away from their normal service area, they were still able to send a team member, Zoe, out the next day to do a test of our well water. Zoe went through all of the different tests and thoroughly explained the results every step of the way. The next day they were able to send out a team to install the recommended water softening and filtration solutions. The guys that came out to do this work were quick, clean, and able to answer any of our questions. We could feel and taste the difference in our water immediately. We don't have to use as much soap for the dishes or for the shower as we used to thanks to all the hardness being filtered out. Our hair and skin feels much cleaner after a shower. The water not only tastes better, but we feel more at ease drinking it. My morning coffee tastes so much better and is much stronger than before (so now I can use less coffee).
