The technician, Matthew, was very professional and friendly, and very knowledgeable about the type of softener we have. There were no parts involved, only labor which was $100 (he was on site for approximately one hour). There was also a $49.00 service call charge. I thought the labor charge was a little high but I had not requested a prior estimate. I will use this company again."
