"My oil delivery line has gelled up and was blocking my furnace from getting oil. I sat in the cold for 2 days while calling a few companies who claimed they provided 'emergency' service 24 hours a day. Whenever I was able to get a live person on the phone they promised to be here the next day between certain hours. The hours came and went and not a single soul called me or came.
