"Very professional from The evaluation of our leaking water heater to the installation of a first class heater two days later. Excellent service overall, would highly recommend."

"Everything went a smooth as possible! No problems were found on either my A/C unit or hot water heater."

"Was able to replace our water heater same day and it couldn’t of been easier for us."

"My old hot water heater died, and a friend installed a new small 40 gal tank. But I never had hot water after that. I also had a leaking lead pipe. Patrick came and had to be a sleuth to try to determine the cause of the missing hot water. The tank was too small and not functioning, but the real problem was a crossed pipe somewhere in my 1890 house. He found the pipe location in the basement and put in a shut off valve, which gave most of the house hot water. He also put in a high quality 50 gallon tank, and repaired the leaking lead main. To completely fix the hot water, it will mean opening walls, so we left a small 1/2 bath sink and attic sink to be fixed at a later time (or not....).. This was all around Easter, but he put in long days to get it all done."

"David C. Was professional and knowledgeable. The issue with the water heater was resolved."

"Quick, professional service: I didn't know they work for Home depot. The job was very well done and the ordering to installation process was very prompt."

"Excellent customer service and communication from the office. Fast response time to schedule the estimate. The technician was on time for the appointment. Ben was friendly and considerate. He took time to evaluate thoroughly and explain everything without making me feel silly or trying to oversell work that wasn't necessarily needed. I appreciate the true professionalism and quality of service I experienced."

"The majority of the time I contacted this company the people answering the phone were very friendly and courteous. On the day of my install, the last person I spoke to was not as nice. Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. Chad definitely gets an A in customer service and experience."

"Climate Masters has always provided top quality service at a reasonable price. They arrive on time and they don't find "hidden charges" or try to claim something needs to be replaced when it does. They are a great company to use"

"Their service was very good; they always come when I call for service; every time I hear problems on my furnace or air conditioning, they always check and make sure that everything is working well."
