I had a hornet's nest about 30 feet up in the tree in my yard that I needed removed. Their technician, Ray, was prompt, friendly, and, faced with the difficult location, managed to spray the nest, used his ladder, and a borrowed 12 foot pole saw to cut the nest down from the tree and disposed of it. "When I saw evidence of critter activity, my first call was to a company I’d used to traps raccoons and birds in the last. They came out, identified the “critters” (rats!), set a few traps and left. The rat activity increased and none of the haphazardly places traps caught anything. Frustrated and disappointed, I asked a few friends and a property management company who they recommend and surprisingly they all said MTB Pest Control. I contacted MTB and left a voicemail message describing the issue. I received a prompt response via text message and was able to further explain the issue and set up an appointment for two days later. The day of the appointment, Mr. Brown of MTB arrived promptly (early, actually), showed respect for my home by wearing show covers immediately, and got down to business.
