"BRINSON & Son came out to our house last week to fix a leak and replace some faucets. Despite arriving a little late, They did an excellent job and recommended some further work to be done this week. I gladly accepted their recommendation and booked them for 2 PM. Fast forward to 2:15 PM this week, and I haven?t heard a single thing from them about our scheduled appointment. I call and they admit they completely forgot about the job, did not apologize, but offered to at least come out between 5:30-6. I accepted. Fast forward to 6:45. I call again. Now they say they are NOT able to come out, still did not apologize, and they did not offer a reschedule or anything. I have never been more flabbergasted by a business in my life. I paid on time, and I was respectful, kind, understanding. Why should my wife and I be disrespected like that? I would give them 1 star, but the initial work they did was great, just don?t expect them to come back for the follow-up work. "

Nationwide was the only Angi contractor willing to quote me a flat rate for the removal of a 30-year old kitchen faucet and replacement with a new faucet that I bought. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. Youssef helped me figure out the design and had some great ideas that made everything look even better than I imagined.
