"Fernando was absolutely awesome. He was able to show up on site quickly, discuss with me all my options and the different price points. He did not pressure me to make any decision and let me think about what would be the best given my situation. The next day I decided to instead of replacing a part on a 30 year old water tank, but to replace with a new water tank. Fernando brought me a new water tank very quickly, took out the old tank, had to secure safety straps into concrete wall, adjust the height of the tank stand, and all the to code add-ons expansion tank, water shut off value, better copper joint etc. He worked really long hours to get everything installed perfectly. Fernando even let me know he was hearing extra water flow that was usually, and he was correct. My main water line pipe had leaked in my front yard. Fantastic Service. "Through Angie's List, I was pleased to discover Comfort Pro's was having a three day special so I called and was able to get service within hours!  The tech arrived on time - actually 15 minutes earlier which worked out great for me.  He showed up in a clean company rig and presented himself well in his clean company uniform (yes, outward appearance is important to me; shows pride and commitment toward quality work).  He asked questions regarding the usage of the units and from there I was able to communicate my concerns or rather my confession that my A/C had not been serviced in years!  He did a great job of explaining how the units work and what to do to keep it running efficiently (regular scheduled maintenance, cover A/C unit in winter, etc.).  By the time he completed the work, his uniform carried much of the furnance and a/c units dust and dirt:-)  He was thorough and professional.  I'll be scheduling my next service with Comfort Pro's for sure=D

"I contacted Shephard Plumbing via the internet (HomeAdvisors.com) We contacted Shephard Plumbing on Monday to confirm our 1 pm appointment, they said they could change out our hot water heater Monday afternoon. It turns out their plumbing tech wouldn't be finished with a project he/she was currently on. they said they would be to our house on Tuesday morning, true to their word, my wife said they arrived around 10 am, replaced our hot water heater and were gone by 1 pm. Excellent company to work with, we'd highly recommend them, I didn't get the names of the employees who came to our house, I want to thank them for being so prompt, courteous and professional.
