"My water heater was leaking badly. They were there in 2 hours, and in less 3 hours later; we had a new water heater installed. Very professional and quick. Honestly it was a little more than another quote, it's a better water heater and I would have had to wait four days for an install. Very pleased. When its an emergency, you want fast quality service; which we received."

"We were all set to spend close to $1000 on a new water heater. Told him that's what we needed. This amazing guy came to our home. Said; 'you don't need a new water heater, just a new heat element' Gave us a year guarantee on his work and parts. He said'I don't like to charge people for work they don't need'

"We had received a quote from a different big name company for $2000 MORE than what Hot Water Heater Company quoted. Hot Water Heater Company sent their technician, Matt. He came out, gave us a price, went and got the equipment, and installed it - all within less than 4 hours. Great price, great service...and we have hot water!!"

"This company made the process of getting a heat pump (new installation) very easy for us. They were fast on coming out for the initial bid (Brandon is great!) and they were super fast on the installation. Lorin and his crew were delightful and did an excellent job! There price for everything was way better than any other quote we received and they were very conscientious about how they made everything look. We are very satisfied with every aspect of this project and highly recommend them! I would definitely hire them again!"
