"Mark, from Garcia's Windows and More, is more than just the average tradesman. He is an absolute perfectionist. We replaces the entire windows, frame and all. The old frames had to be cut out. He cleans up as he goes along, including constant vacuuming while cutting. I watched the entire process and it was more complicated than I thought it would be. The materials he used were the best on the market. When the job was completed, not only did the new windows look beautiful, but both inside the house and the outside were cleaned so well that you couldn't tell the installation was done. He even swept the sidewalks. I would recommend him to anyone"

"Mark returned my call within 30 minutes and came to give me a quote the same day. He came to my house on a Saturday and replaced the broken patio door for the exact price he quoted. there were no hidden fees or costs. He cleaned up all of the broken glass and left no trace that he had been there other than a nonbroken patio door. Mark said he could fix it the same day I called if it was an emergency. Since it was not, the next day was fine. I highly recommend this company. "

He originally said a two day job, windows one day and screens the next. When one window wasn't quite right he took it back to the shop to re-do it but also did the screens and returned about an hour later and completed the whole job in one day.
