"It seems so rare these days to find a company that does what they say, but Floors Sag or Shake is one of those companies. During the inspection process when looking to buy a 1935 farmhouse, Eddie provided a detailed estimate and explanation of what needed to be done to make the foundation secure. They were willing and able to make repairs that two of the larger foundation repair companies said they wouldn't do after looking at the foundation. When we decided to go ahead with buying the house and chose Floors Sag or Shake for the repairs, I told Eddie that we'd be in touch after closing. He called the morning of our closing to see if we were ready to start repairs. They started when they said they would, did they work they outlined in the contract, finished when they promised and charged the amount in the contract. This seems to be such a simple, successful business model, but is so rare to actually experience as a customer. The crew were professional, respectful and generally likable guys. The supervisor came out on a Saturday to repair a leaking pipe in the crawl space, even though they weren't completely certain that they caused the leak. Floors Sag or Shake was also responsive after the project. A few of the footings still had the wooden forms attached and the vapor barrier had shifted a bit. The crew came back out and quickly took care of both issues.

"Greg installed a new metal roof for me in Donalsonville, GA. I can't say enough good things about him and his company. He was prompt with an estimate and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Also, he sent pictures during and after the installation. You can't go wrong hiring Southern Signature Solutions. I will be definitely be calling him again for future jobs."

"The job was more extensive than originally anticipated. Travis with MainLine Remodel kept me in the loop the whole time and explained recommendations and followed up with pictures. Travis and MainLine Remodel went above and beyond. I live out of town and rent the property. It was very reassuring to have someone there I can trust to do a quality job and to identify areas of concern. Travis identified an improperly installed window that was leaking. He and his team corrected the issue. The incorrectly installed window/leak was not identified by property managers hired to manage the property in the past. Due to the good work, I had the MainLine team do some extra handyman tasks while onsite (e.g. check on a leak spot on the bathroom ceiling). I am very happy with the work performed by Travis and MainLine Remodel. The job was not cheap, but I know I paid for quality work. Travis and the team were busy and had to reschedule a few times, but I understand that speaks to the demand for their services."

"It went well there was an issue with the painters and the quality of the carpentry which they came back and fixed. The deck now looks awesome."

"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business.  I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served.  I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project.  I would recommend them without any reservation.  I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed.  Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.

"This was partially my mistake, but I ended up paying for a garbage disposal I did not need. Not until the new disposal was installed did the installer test to find out that the problem was not with the disposal itself, but with the wall switch to turn it on. So I spent $299 for a new disposal that I didn't need. It was my mistake, I guess, because I didn't realize that it could be something else and I prepaid for the new disposal. But learn from my mistake...before you pay for something, you should really check and confirm the cause of the problem. Don't assume that the company you hire will do that automatically. I assumed they would clue me in to what else the problem could be or at least ask what the problem was before installing this. Live and learn... Would I hire them again? Yes, but only knowing that I can't assume that they will do the diagnosis prior to repair or replace. Also, when they called to confirm the appointment, the man who called told me there would be an additional dispatch fee...when i told him that the service was portrayed as all inclusive on Angie's List, and to talk to the owner...he came back and told me they would wave the fee. So again, the customer must really be on his/her toes and object to hidden fees."

"Richard was fantastic.....AWESOME.... he was the best... and I can't say anything more than that. Richard did everything that we had asked him to help us with and more. He also identified some very serious problems and issues at our project, such as termite damage behind the walls, and then he fixed the problems....right "ON THE SPOT", and “the best part”… for a reasonable fee. He took on this tough project with ease. He did a fantastic job installing our new windows, doors and also painting the interior. He was very professional at all times. He was always on time to the job and was always there when he said he would be there. MOST IMPORTANT… he never wasted any time on our job. He was a diligent worker. We would recommend Richard THE HANDYMAN to everyone. He is very good, very knowledgeable, courteous and honest person. Richard is the only person to hire. He was one of the best skilled contractors that we have hired for this project so-far. Richard also had a helper on the project, Marcus, and he was very excellent, polite and very hard working too. Richard was extremely helpful, giving us tips and great advice on how we could do things better on our projects and also how we could complete some other tasks ourselves. He was very conscious of staying within our budget. We appreciated that very much, especially with the added work that we asked him to complete while on the job. We would definitely hire Richard again and would recommend him to everyone who is hiring someone from Angie’s List. Richard is one of the best you will find. Thank you again Richard for everything, we appreciate all your help. Nicole and Terry"

"I called to get an estimate and they came out right away. The crew got to my house on time, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was informed that in addition to the estimate, there might be an additional 1-3 boards broken that couldn't be seen until they started working, and how much it would cost per board. The crew found 2 broken boards, but came to show me first and confirm the additional cost before they started the work. They completed the work in one day and I was very satisfied with the work. When the tree fell it had also bent soffit. The crew also "fixed" that as much as possible so I wouldn't have to replace it."

"Not good. Several delays ran out of paint, took 3 different people to get the job done. Wanted to charge extra for molding. Left paint on carpet, flooring, and on stove."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
