"We hired Capstone to remodel/upgrade the master bathroom in our townhouse. It is a small bathroom and the total remodel took about two weeks and was completed on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier with the results, and our experience with Capstone from start to finish was excellent. I specifically want to highlight the excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the work, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and especially tiling (did an amazing job with the glass tile accent wall). Everything looks absolutely perfect and is functional. Furthermore, Stephen and his crew were always very pleasant, kept the work area as clean as possible, and were great at communicating (ideas/recommendations, challenges that came up, and any additional costs) through the duration of the project. We highly recommend Capstone for any bathroom remodel project and will definitely use them again in the future."

"REA Services are Excellent. They performed the work next day! Which is amazing since all I heard from Alward was "there is a shortage of carpenters". REO did the assembly and install within 2 hours. They were very professional and paid attention to detail during the install to make sure the pantry was a perfect addition to our kitchen and I saved over $600."

"Absolutely outstanding performance. The crew were certified in all fields of construction; plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, quartz countertops , etc. They gutted my 80’s master bathroom and preformed a miracle in 9 days. "My home needed more functional closet space in the master bedroom, and I wasn't sure how to make it work given the space restrictions. I met with a couple of contractors previously, but was most impressed with DiJulio Contracting. The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. It even included some imagery to help me imagine things more clearly. Their pricing was competitive and I decided to hire DiJulio Contracting as I felt most confident and comfortable with them. I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. Their workers were all very courteous, punctual, and most importantly for me, cleaned up each and every day. I am so happy with my new closet and overall the process was very easy. I highly recommend Scott and his team at DiJulio Contracting."

"I highly recommend City Renovations and Remodeling to new and experienced homeowners and investors. In fact, Mike Wiggs, owner of the company, was highly recommended to me from a trusted source. Mike has been my designer, general contractor and project manager for over three years. He and his team of subcontractors for all the trades and handymen have successfully completed numerous projects for me. The internal big jobs included Mike and his team remodeling my basement into a permitted apartment with an egress window, injection well system, and recessed lighting; remodeling my kitchen into a larger space, better layout and upgraded appliances, cabinets, backsplashes (e.g., switching from an electric cooktop island to a slide-in gas range and installing a peninsula); changing the location of the sliding door and a set of windows in my sunroom for better flow and sightline from the front door entry to the patio door leading to my wooded backyard; replacing the damaged one of the two HVAC systems (i.e., one for the first floor and basement and the other for the second floor); and whole house interior painting and decorative touches (accent walls, trim, etc.) The external big jobs included Mike and his team resolving the sources of severe water damage to my two-story front door entry area and installing a new door, side lites and stoop. He resolved other water problems at my house by installing upgraded, larger gutters connecting to a new underground drainage system, and re-grading a section of the backyard next to my house in order to better collect water coming onto the house and move it away from the house. The other jobs Mike and his team completed include installing decorative lighting in the front of my house and security lighting at the sides and back; installing and repairing wooden privacy fencing in my backyard; washing away years of mold, mildew and stains from the siding of my house; and installing shelving for two closets and the laundry room to increase my storage space. After years of City Renovations and Remodeling successfully improving or repairing my home, I hired the company to help me with an investment rental property. Mike completed a walk-thru assessment and report to supplement the information from the home inspector and appraiser. Through my pre-purchase consultation with Mike, I got a good idea of what it would take improve the property given my goals and budget. I look forward to working with Mike and his team to renovate the property."
