"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "I am always very skeptical when it comes to people working on anything that I am responsible for. With that in mind our home is 30 years old and was in need of painting and some areas around our windows, gutters and chimney were rotting and in need of repair. Gonzalez Painting came out and did an estimate that I was unfortunately unable to be present for. So I called them and rescheduled a time for me to talk with the painting team and I walked around the house with them and talked through my concerns. After we finished, they got started immediately. They worked for two days to finish the work. 2 guys the first day to work through the majority of the carpentry and caulking that needed to be done as well as the window treatment. The 2nd day a team of 4 people came by and worked like a well oiled machine. Since I do carpentry myself I would say their level of work in the area of carpentry is a 7 but the level of detail, knowledge, skill and efficiency of their painting, is at least an 8.5 but I would give them a solid 9 for our home. Our home is just under 2500 sq ft and they did an amazing job. The house looks amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they pressure washed and stained our deck. Great team, wonderful work, and a 99.9% satisfied customer. Please give them a call."

"Jeff (the owner) came by to assess a crack I had seen in my foundation. He told me that it wasn't actually a crack in the foundation but a crack in some superficial cement that was smeared over the actual foundation and is just a cosmetic problem that doesn't need to be dealt with. He gave me some advice and recommendations for some gutter work and didn't charge me a dime. 
I really do appreciate the honesty because I really hate getting a sales pitch. I'd recommend this company to anyone who is looking for someone to give an honest assessment and I trust them to do honest work if I ever need it in the future

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
