"My sales guy, Elton Cross, was very knowledgeable. He explained the difference between a water softener and a water treatment system to me to help me decide which system I really wanted. He was very patient while I struggled with Experian to unfreeze my credit report so he could process the finance contract. He was very pleasant to talk to. My installation team was also very pleasant and courteous. The system isn't active yet because it has to soak but they will be back when the 48 hour period is finished to hook me up for that good water to come through those pipes to my house. Can't wait. "The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."
