He was very helpful and answered all me questions. He did not try to up sell me on something I didn't need. The price was also significantly better than other bids that I got. We had very hard water and was ruining everything. It is nice to have normal water again. If you are in the need for water treatment I would definitely get in touch with this company"

"Lanney was very friendly and professional. He gave us a free estimate before relocating and installing our current whole house water filter. Even though it wasn't a system he sold, he still took care of us. He saved us because the company that sold us our system sold to another company and washed their hands of us. Lanney seems like a straight shooter, not selling us unnecessary add ones. He moved carefully within the home during the process to protect the interior of the home. (Ex. Used a dolly with bigger wheels to protect the stairway. Putting rugs down to protect the floors. ) He taught us things about our water heater we weren't aware of...things our builder neglected to tell us. "pricey repair......I was not pleased with the up selling of some program they had-something about a monthly fee and not having to pay for future repairs. It was a turn off for sure. However they were timely, neat and tidy, polite. The other plumbing service I have used through Home Advisor didn't try to sell me other features."
