Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. They were neat and effecient and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They finished as scheduled and showed me how to use the system before leaving. The system seemed to work initially but I realized that the air wasn't getting cool. I called and they sent a tech out the following day, who promptly found out what the problem was and corrected it. I decided to get another opinion and found Comfort Doctor. They were incredibly responsive and came the next morning. They cleaned the unit for $65 and recharged the unit right then and there with 1 lb of refrigerant. Now it is working great for ~$300. The technician gave us recommendations as if it were his own home and said the quick and inexpensive fix is where you should start. We might not need to do the more expensive leak-check at all unless the system continues to leak substantially."
