"my daughter had a problem in August of 2017, we used Joe and his company and were completely satisfied. I wrote a review at that time. I asked Joe about my sump pump and the water back-up which were getting older. He told me there were better water back-up and that when I was ready to call them. I did and the sent in two knowledgeable plumbers. Gino and Chaviz both came here, took out the old systems and installed the new sump and water back-up sump. They were prompt, and showed me how to test the pumps. They answered all my questions since I had installed my own pumps years ago. They took all the old items so I didn't need to carry that yuckie stuff out and throw it away. They left my area clean and neat. If ever needed I will hire them again."

"Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart. Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."
