"These guys are great. My 50 gallon water heater started to leak and was afraid that the overflow pan would fill and start a problem for!t downstairs neighbors. I live in an upper i it condo and sure didn't want issues. Dan, the owner got Tyler over to assess the problem. Since the water heater was only a little over 3 yrs old Tyler turned off the water and they checked to find it still under warranty. Came back today with new tank, installed and set to go. "This purchase was easy due to the way I was treated by the Advanced Water Systems team. Keith contacted me shortly after I inquired about water softener systems on HomeAdvisor. We made an appointment for a couple of days afterward. He showed up on time, looked at my existing softener, tested my water, then described the systems he offered and why my old one was in need of replacement. He gave me a quote on the new system and did not pressure me to make a decision. I researched alternative systems and decided to go with the Advanced Water Systems unit. I called Keith on a Thursday and he and his team installed the system on the following Tuesday. I watched the installation and Keith explained each step to me, then showed me how the system functioned and the simple maintenance (adding salt) that I needed to perform. The installation took about 2 hours. I rated the value 4 stars, only because I haven't had the system long enough for my wife to decide if she is happy with the water condition. If she is happy, I am happy."
