"Kris and his crew from Pure Flo did an excellent job of installing the water treatment and pressure pump in my home. They were polite and put things moved around back in place. They answered all my concerns. Also if something I felt was not right, they came back to my home to make sure everything was and if need be, corrected it. I am glad that I used them. If looking for someone to install a water treatment, I highly recommend Pure Flo. I give them a 5 star Plus!"

"Ryan, the owner of the company did the installation. He has a GREAT personality and is very knowledgeable about wells and treatment systems. The installation was PERFECT and I am very pleased with the system he installed. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND his company for anyone that needs a GREAT water treatment system."

"We had our water softener replaced and it went so smoothly. David and his son did great work and were very flexible with our schedule!"

"I found this to be the perfect customer service experience! Joe was professional, friendly and informative. He quickly diagnosed my problem and immediately fixed it. Fortunatley it wasn't a big issue but rather a couple of small issues. He also carried in ten 40 bags of salt for me. He explained some features and showed me how to manually recharge the softener just in case it ever needs it. I HIGHLY recommend Water Specialties Group. this is how a service call should be done."

"Within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, they texted me and then called me. My kitchen sink was stopped up in both drains. I had tried draino but it didn't work. Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Gabriel C for any of your plumbing needs."

"I had a lot of trouble getting to the bottom of why my water suddenly was full of iron and staining everything in the house.  I am new to this dwelling and do not understand wells.  I had contacted several well inspecting companies and was unable to get anyone to come out to inspect.  Suddenly I called a reliable well company and it was recommended to me that I start by having my water softner checked and they recommended Springsoft.  I made an appointment, half expecting another bad incounter but was pleasantly surprised by the person who made the appointment but more importantly by the service man they sent.  He was the BEST! He took time with me and explained the functions and controls on the water softer very clearly.  He also inspected the softner and flushed it thru to make sure it was working properly.  He explained how to set it so it regenerated during a slow water use time (like the middle of the night) because it had been regenerating irregularly but not at a low use time.  I was very happy with the knowledge he displayed and how readily he taught me to be a knowledgeable owner of this here to for mysterious gadget.  BEST ENCOUNTER OF ITS KIND IN YEARS!!!!!!  This service man should get a raise!!!!!  Thank you for saving my sanity. "
